Well, I have 4 months until these mannequins need to be completed and so much to do.
Here's where I'm up to so far
All limb half's got fiberglassed together and then had a bath to remove most of the mold release products (that was a fun day, nothing like swirling body parts around in a giant bath)
Next the torsos begin to get their arms!! Arms are attached with expanding foam and wooden dowels, with more expanding foam used to sculpt in extra bits, because, naturally your arm doesn't fit exactly onto my torso. Fiberglass will go over the top so you'll never know what lies beneath. After that I'll cut the arms off at the correct place and fit the metal plates in that make the arms detachable.
The next process is to attach the legs and sculpt some bums. I'm leaving the heads till last. I don't want their creepy eyeballs staring at me all day.
3 out of 4 wigs have arrived too
